Americorps NCCC Info Session & Tabling

The recruiter from AmeriCorp will be hosting infomation session and tabling about their programs. AmeriCorps is a network of national service programs, made up of three primary programs that each take a different approach to improving lives and fostering civic engagement. Members commit their time to address critical community needs like increasing academic achievement, mentoring youth, fighting poverty, sustaining national parks, preparing for disasters, and more.
Information session will be at President's Dining Hall, and Tabling session will be at Outside of Commons.

Rivers in Transition-China information session

Students are invited to this information session to learn about the Rivers in Transition-China program. Rivers in Transition provides opportunities for students to explore the interaction between water and humankind in the Yellow River Basin, looking to myth, art, literature, political discourse, and hydraulic processes as guides. A field studies course in May 2019 will allow 10 students to gain hands-on experience applying what they learn in China.
