(HWC) Cardio Fusion5:30 PM
(STUDENTS ONLY) This class will help you fuse many areas of fitness for a total body workout. Work on aerobic endurance, agility, strength, and flexibility. Get 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of various strength, stretch, Yoga, Pilates, and core exercises. Using elements of basic dance choreography, intervals, agility training, kickboxing, great music, and provided with many options, every participant can get the right workout for their body.
